what is the cheaper alternative to sound deadning other then Dynomatt

i done my car with a wood floor underlay!
it werks really well as its very dense stuff! have yet to fin doing the boot floor and door panels etc but may have some left if you want it? go to a carpet shop or fitter and see if they have any bits or end of roll left over? got mine for free which was great cos its well expensive stuff lol!!
